Floors inside the home
A floor that becomes the feature of the room
Most South Florida homes sit on a concrete slab, which makes an epoxy floor a natural fit. The white marble floor pictured here runs through a home, and it looks like stone without a single grout line.
Some rooms suit a metallic finish with depth and shine. Others, like a laundry room or a home gym, suit a flake floor with more grip. We help you pick the right one for how you live in the space.

Can epoxy go in a living area?
Yes. The beige metallic floor pictured here was poured in a room inside a home. It reflects the light from the windows and gives the whole space a modern, polished feel. It is one of the jobs our Fort Lauderdale epoxy floor company enjoys most.
Is it a good choice during a remodel?
It often is. When the old floor comes up and the slab is exposed, an epoxy floor can go down before the finishing work, like the gray metallic floor pictured here. Ask us about it early in the project. Our metallic floor page shows more finishes.
Want a floor at home you will love walking on?
Metallic or flake, poured to suit the room, with a free estimate first.
Call (954) 508-6065Can you do the pool deck while you are here?
Yes. Many homeowners coat the patio and the pool deck in the same visit, with a flake finish that adds grip for wet feet. See our coated pool decks page.
What about home gyms and laundry rooms?
They are a great fit. These rooms see sweat, water and heavy equipment, and a sealed floor shrugs it off and mops clean. Many customers do the garage at the same time, so see our garage floor coatings too.
Straight answers
Your epoxy floor questions, answered
Can you put epoxy over tile?
The floor has to be prepped so the coating bonds properly to what is underneath. We look at what is there during your free estimate and tell you plainly what the job would involve.
Is an epoxy floor hard underfoot?
It feels like any smooth hard floor, similar to tile or stone. Rugs and furniture pads work on it the same way they do on any other hard floor in the house.
Which rooms in a home suit epoxy?
Living areas, entryways, home gyms, laundry rooms, finished spaces and any room built on a concrete slab, which covers most homes here in South Florida.
Metallic or flake inside the house?
Metallic gives a statement look with shine and depth, a lot like polished stone. Flake gives more grip and a speckled finish that hides dust, which suits laundry rooms and gyms.
How do I clean an epoxy floor at home?
Dust mop it and wet mop it. The surface is sealed and seamless, so there are no grout lines to scrub, and spills sit on top until you wipe them up.
Where do you install floors in homes?
We install floors inside homes across Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach, Oakland Park, Coral Springs, Deerfield Beach, Boca Raton and Delray Beach.
