What does a one day garage floor involve?
The concrete is prepped first, because a coating is only as good as the surface under it. Then the base coat goes down, the flake goes in, and the floor is sealed with a clear topcoat. Most two car garages are done in a day, the same careful way our Fort Lauderdale epoxy flooring team handles every floor.

Can I have a metallic garage floor?

How long until I can use my garage again?
Most garage floors are installed in one day. When we finish, we tell you exactly when you can walk on the floor and when you can park on it again, so you can plan around it.

Do I need to empty the garage?
Yes. The floor needs to be clear so the whole slab can be prepped and coated wall to wall. We will tell you ahead of time when it needs to be empty and when you can move back in.
Will the coating hide stains and cracks?
Proper prep and a flake finish hide most stains and small cracks in a garage floor. If the slab has bigger problems, we will tell you during the free estimate before any work is booked.
Is there a warranty on a garage floor?
